Because our project management service is focused, our incentives are exactly aligned with yours. When you engage with us on a project, we're not looking to up up-sell you on consulting, market analysis, or any other business services. Our only goal on your projects is to manage them effectively and deliver the desired results.

Accountability

All XCS project managers are dedicated team members. This is one of our founding principles and it serves two key purposes. First, you’re getting someone that we have invested in ourselves. Here again, our incentives are exactly aligned with yours. Additionally, it allows us to truly hold a Project Manager accountable for performance and reward them for excellence.

XCS Pricing for Project Management Services

We know you’re busy; that’s why we won’t make you call us to find out how much our services cost.

We generally charge between $75 and $150 per hour depending on the expected project length and the number of hours per week you'll need our help.

Project Management Case Study





USE CASE 1:

Tom Clancy is an Executive Director who is responsible for overseeing all projects for his company. His job requires him to evaluate the progress of each project and reallocate resources such as manpower, time, and capital for each project. As the Project Managers and their employees report issues and log updates with the XCS Project Management services, he gets insight into the individual projects to identify the necessary means for completing each project.

Tom uses XCS through a web-based interface to:

1. Get overviews of the issues concerning each project (Figure 1)


2. Re-prioritize the projects by the categories, statuses, priorities, milestones
Identify issues that may delay the completion of a project through the "Comments" (Figure 2)


3. Understand the needs or make tradeoffs for human resources or capital

4. Query for open issues for all projects
